CAS was selected for the longlist of the first 50 entries among 223 entries in the international competition for The Rifat Chadirji Prize / Tamayouz Excellence Award 2017 with the subject “Rebuilding the Liberated Areas: Mosul’s Housing”.
The goal of this project is to build a house that adopts the form of the courtyard house, inspired in the typologies of old Mosul’s houses but readapted to answer our contemporary challenges and needs.
