Architecture almost eatable…
The first is the art which studies the relationship between food and culture and architecture is the art of designing spaces, studying the relationship between materiality and culture.
While in gastronomy specific ingredients and techniques are chosen to provoke an experience and emotion, architecture through the spaces, the impact of light and materials, creates in the same way an emotional and intellectual experience.
In gastronomy the best ingredients are always organic, fresh and locally harvested, result of a research process in which the chef knows exactly the best physical and chemical process to use and its impact on the ingredient.
The new architecture also studies the chemical and physical processes of materials and light to reach a special and unique experience, connected with the environment and local context. It uses non conventional materials, which are natural, non toxic, low carbon, breathable and warm to the touch, the smell and the eyes.
The new natural architecture it’s almost eatable.
Perhaps the Grimm brothers already knew that 200 years ago and that’s why they collected the tale Hansel and Gretel!

Talvez os irmãos Grimm já soubessem disso 200 anos atrás e é por isso que publicaram o conto Hansel e Gretel!
